Femke Kazemier-Rongen

My name is Femke Kazemier-Rongen. For many years, I was a copywriter and had my own writing agency. I did interviews and articles and wrote a lot for NGOs and care institutions. Four years ago, I changed tack and started teaching Dutch at a secondary school. I now enjoy teaching Dutch to young people in Rotterdam. It is wonderful to let pupils experience the power of language. Exactly this ties in with my motivation to become an RFG mentor again: I see it as an important and honourable task to coach someone else with writing journalistic work.
